FIELD TRIPS:
****We still need drivers! Please consider driving on our next field trip to the Redwoods on Tuesday, May 28th from 10-1pm. We will be learning about maintaining the garden with toiling soil, worm composting, and measuring out ingredients for planting mixes. Students will also be planting seeds and transplanting starters to bring back to our beds. Last, students will create a stone soup with the help of Ms. Audrey Hazen, who joined our class Friday in an introductory lesson about this thoughtful book. Ask your child what else s/he learned from our new friend!
